Sofi es mamá de tres peques maravillosos: Renzo, Elu y Mateo.
Le encanta leer libros, escuchar música, cantar y bailar en la cocina.
Hace poco redescubrió su amor por dibujar, y desde entonces no
ha parado de llenar cuadernos con ideas, formas y colores.
Su helado preferido es el de banana, y nada le gana al guiso que
cocina su mamá.
Vive en El Pinar, Uruguay, muy cerquita del mar, y disfruta tanto
ir a los mercados que no sería raro encontrarla paseando por algún
supermercado.
Cuando no está jugando con sus hijos, organiza talleres para
mamás, donde las acompaña a reconectar con su sabiduría interior
y criar desde el corazón.
Sofi es coach intuitiva y guía a las madres a encontrar su propio
ritmo en la crianza, con más presencia, amor y confianza.
Sofi is the mother of three wonderful little ones: Renzo, Elu, and Mateo. She loves reading books, listening to music, singing, and dancing in the kitchen.
She recently rediscovered her love for drawing, and since then she hasn’t stopped filling notebooks with ideas, shapes and colors.
Her favorite ice cream is banana, and nothing beats her mom’s stew.
She lives in El Pinar, Uruguay, very close to the ocean, and enjoys
going to the markets so much that it wouldn’t be unusual to find her strolling through a supermarket.
